Author registration: For a paper to appear in the proceedings, at least one author must register for ASAP 2025 at a non-student rate by the early registration deadline, regardless of whether they are students or not.
Each author registration is valid for ONE paper.
Paper ID can be found on the HotCRP website and submission email.
For special session papers, please check with the Special Session Chair.
The registration fee covers both the main conference program and the tutorial/workshop program.
Early registration deadline: Jun 28, 2025, 11:59 PM AoE Time
Additional banquet ticket: $100
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to ieeecs-reg+ASAP@computer.org by 14 July, 2025, 11:59 PM AoE Time. There will be an administrative fee of USD$50 for cancelled registrations.
All fees will be collected in US Dollars.
