ASAP 2025 Author Final Submission Instructions
All accepted authors must complete the following steps by May 20, 2025 to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings.
 Author Kit and Final Submission Portal: IEEE CPS Submission Site
Note: You must create a new IEEE CPS account (separate from your IEEE membership) via the "Sign Up" link.
Final Submission Steps:
Convert and Validate Your PDF via PDF eXpress
Conference ID: 65064x
Submit Your IEEE Copyright Form
Complete via the CPS site after login.
Upload Final Camera-Ready Paper
Carefully follow formatting instructions and stay within page limits.
Page Limits (No Extra Pages Allowed):
Full Paper: 8 pages
Short Paper: 4 pages
Poster: 2 pages
(Includes all figures, tables, and references)
Author Registration Requirement:
At least one author must register at the non-student rate by June 28, 2025
Each registration covers ONE paper
Special session authors: confirm details with the Special Session Chair
